A note to friends...

To my dearest and long lost friends,

As some of you already know, my friend Max Nager and I will shortly be embarking on a month long adventure across America. We will be traveling between the dates of July 12^th and August 12^th. Our goal is to reach the Redwood forest in California and to make it back to NYC in one piece. We are in the process of converting a short bus into a camper like device (pictures will be available upon completion). A rough outline of our route is posted on our blog http://adventuresofashortbus.blogspot.com. I am calling on you, my friends living across America, for help/advice/showers. If you know an area we will be traveling through and have suggestions of cool places to check out, cheap things to do or yummy things to eat, it would be greatly appreciated. If you are living in a nearby area and are willing to offer up your shower to some dirty kids living in a bus that would also be greatly appreciated. On that note, if there is a part of this journey you would like to do with us, and are willing to pitch in for gas, we would be happy to have you. Thanks for your help! Let the ride begin….
